A - All Fire Fighter's go through an employment verification process in order to be  confirmed and approved as a UnitedFirehouse.com advertiser.

Q - Are non Fire Fighters allowed to advertise?

A - No.  Only approved Fire Fighters are allowed to advertise their services on UnitedFirehouse.com. 

Q - What are the benefits of being a Registered public user?

A- As a registered public user, you can leave reviews, feedback, and rate the services you use.

FROM FIREFIGHTERS  

Q - How does the credit system work for registered Fire Fighters?

A – Credits are issued for those Fire Fighters wishing to advertise their services and or vacation renttals, products etc.  In order to maintain your business advertisement there is a monthly maintenance fee of 12 credits per month or 100 credits per year. Credits cost $1 each.

Q - How do I get more credits?

A - Once you become a verified Fire Fighter user, click on the purchase credits tab and select the amount you desire. to purchase.  You will then be directed to our secure payment section.

Q - Is my purchase secure?

A -Absolutely, UnitedFirehouse.com has contracted with Authorize.net to be our credit card payment processor and we use a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer, (RapidSSL) Certificate provided by GeoTrust.

Q - What if I am not happy with my purchase?

A – UnitedFirehouse.com promises a 100% money back guarantee.  If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us with your concerns and we will promptly refund your money.

Q - How do I list a service?

A - Once you have been verified as a UnitedFirehouse.com user you will be issued 6 months of free advertising (72 credits). You then can create content and post your listing. See instructions for creating your site at....

Q - What if my service is not on the list?

A - If you don’t see a category that fits your particular service need, contact us at info@UnitedFirehouse.com and we will add your service category.

Q - How do I end a listing?

A - If you decide to take down a service or end a classified listing, click on the edit function under your user name and DELETE the posting.
